Ordering Process

Step 1. Choose a crystal shape from the website. Your crystal shape must suit your photo. Photos are either portrait or landscape orientation. Likewise some of the crystal shapes can be landscape or portrait.

3D conversion creates a profile of the head and shoulders from a photograph.

2D remains flat in the crystal

Step 3. Once you are happy with the shape, size, cost and orientation you can proceed with placing your order online. Make sure you choose the correct option you wish to order. Additionally upload the image you wish to engrave

Step 4. Send us your photo and we will do an artwork rendering of what you want for your approval. 

You can add text.

You can convert the photo to 3D at R70.00 per head.

Once you are happy with the artwork you can either make payment through the website or we will raise an invoice, and then we will engrave and courier to you
